The Garadh is delighted to announce that we have been awarded 3 years of grant funding from the National Lottery Community Fund. This grant will provide additional staffing hours and funds towards a capital renewables refit that will help us towards achieving our goal of being net zero. This is amazing very welcome news and we are pleased that the national lottery funding will allow us to fulfil an unmet need within our project.
The National Lottery Community Fund Scotland Chair, Kate Still, said: “Every day National Lottery funding is changing the lives of thousands of people in communities across Scotland. This project, delivered by Garadh a Bhagh a Tuath SCIO is a great example of community activity in action, showing just what can be achieved when people come together for a common cause or to help others.
“National Lottery players can be proud to know that the money they raise is helping to support this vital work which is making a real difference to so many.”
